Please follow the steps below to bind your tracker:

1. Download the DBDD Pro app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Charge the tracker. A low battery may prevent the light from flashing.

• While charging, the red LED will pulse slowly.
• When fully charged, the red LED will stay solid.

4. In the app, tap Device > Bind Device (+).

5. Scan the QR code on the back of your tracker using the in-app scanner.

6. Once scanned, your device will be successfully paired.

In the app, tap the Pet Hub to access your pet's details.

You can add or edit the following info:

• Name & type (dog/cat)
• Birthday, gender, weight, height
• Activity/Sleep target time
• Pet photo

You'll also see your pet's Wellness Score, along with:

• Steps taken
• Calories burned
• Sleep duration

All your pet's info is stored in one place for easy access and tracking.

You can set up Virtual Fences in the app to get alerts when your pet enters or leaves a specific area.

There are two types of fences:

• Safe Zone: area where your pet is allowed to be (e.g. your home or backyard)
• No-Go Zone: area you want your pet to stay away from (e.g. roads, construction zones, or places with wild animals)

To create a Virtual Fence (Safe Zone or No-Go Zone):

1. Open the DBDD Pro app > Tap Device > Map > Settings > Virtual Fences
2. Tap Add Fence
3. Set the name, type (Safe or No-Go), and shape (circle, rectangle, or custom)
4. Adjust the size and location using the draggable dots

To delete a Virtual Fence:

Go to the Virtual Fences list, tap the fence you want to remove, then tap Delete.

You can create unlimited fences, and anyone you're shared the tracker with will also receive alerts.

Yes! You can add up to 4 DBDD trackers to the same account in the app and monitor all your pets from a single dashboard.

Each pet will appear individually on the map, so you can track them in real time with ease.

Here's what the light behavior means:

Blue light flashes briefly, then turns off: The tracker has successfully powered on.

• For non-D5 model:

Blue light stays on: The tracker is fully charged.

Blue light flashes continuously: The tracker is charging.

• For D5 model:

Red light stays on: The tracker is fully charged.

Red light flashes continuously: The tracker is charging.

Powering off:

• For non-D5 model: Press and hold the power button until the tracker powers off (no light).
• For D5 model: Press the power button once per second, 5 times in a row. The tracker will power off after the sequence.

Restart the tracker:

• For non-D5 model: Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds until you see the blue light flash again.
• For D5 model: Press the power button once per second, 5 times in a row. Wait a few seconds, then press the button once more to turn the tracker back on.

You can easily purchase a subscription plan in the app:

1. Open the app and go to Account.
2. Tap Pet VIP Subscription to view all available plans.
3. Choose the one that best fits your needs and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime via the app.

It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the tracker. The LED light will stay on blue when the battery is fully charged.

The QR code needed to activate your tracker is printed on the back of the device.

Tip: This QR code is used during initial setup or device pairing in the app. If you're trying to add a family member, please generate a separate QR code via the DBDD Pro app under: Accout > Family Share > Invite Family

There's no fixed distance limit. The DBDD GPS tracker uses cellular networks and GPS satellites to send location data, so as long as the tracker has a cell signal and enough battery, you can track your dog from virtually anywhere.

To use the DBDD GPS tracker, both the tracker and your smartphone need some form of network connection, but in different ways:

• The tracker itself requires cellular coverage, as it has a built-in SIM card that sends your pet's location to the app via mobile networks. It connects to major 2G and LTE-M (Cat M1) networks in over 175 countries, ensuring reliable global coverage.
• Your phone, where the app runs, must be connected to the internet, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data, to receive updates from the tracker.

The tracker doesn't need Wi-Fi, and your phone doesn't need a SIM card, but at least one form of internet is required on both sides for tracking to work properly.

Our trackers continuously send and receive GPS location data from one of our 500+ partners via Global cellular coverage. To make this possible, each tracker includes a built-in SIM card that incurs cellular service charges similar to your phone. DBDD only charges a small subscription fee to cover these costs.

Some GPS trackers come with no monthly fee, but they usually have limited functionality, such as:

• Short Bluetooth or radio range
• No global coverage

• The device remains physically functional, but its core features won't work

You can renew your plan anytime in the app, and your tracker will resume working right away.

Yes. Each tracker comes with its own built-in SIM card and requires a separate subscription plan.

This mean: One tracker = One pet = One subscription

You can track multiple pets in the app, but each tracker needs its own plan

Sharing one subscription across multiple devices or pets is not supported - this ensures accurate tracking and service for each pet.

The cancellation process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription. Please follow the steps below based on your payment method:

The app needs certain permissions to work properly and give you the best tracking experience. Here's why we ask:

We only use these permissions to power key features, and you can manage them anytime in your phone settings.

Your tracker sends real-time notifications to help you stay informed about your pet and device status. You may receive alerts for:

• Your pet entering or leaving a Virtual Fence
• Low battery
• Customer service replies
• Other updates

Notifications are sent via:

• Push nitifications in the app
• Emails- In-app message center

You can manage your notification settings at: APP > Account > Notifications

Note: The Tracker On/Off notification is only available for our newest tracker models.

When you pet enters or leaves a Virtual Fence, you'll receive a push notification on your phone.

• In default (Following) mode, location updates every 3 minutes
• In LIVE mode, updates are every few seconds

Tips: Make sure you're logged in to the app and have have push notifications enabled to receive alerts in time.

There's no minimum size for circular, rectangular, or custom fences. But if a fence is too small to be accurate, the app will prompt you to adjust it.

You can easily share access to your tracker with family members by following these steps:

On your phone:

1. Open the DBDD Pro app
2. Go to Account > Family Share
3. Tap Invite Family
4. A QR code will appear on your screen

On your family member's phone:

1. Open the DBDD Pro app
2. Tap Join Family
3. Scan the QR code from your screen

The Wellness Score is a smart health indicator designed to give you a quick, overall view of your pet's well-being. It's calculated based on three key factors:

Activity State: Tracks daily steps and calories burned to assess how active your pet is.

Sleep State: Monitors sleep duration and patterns to evaluate recovery and rest.

Our intelligent algorithm analyzes these data points to generate a personalized score for your pet.

In the future, we plan to enhance this feature with additional metrics like diet and body temperature, helping you better understand your pet's overall health at a glance.

If your tracker appears offline, try the following steps:

1. Check the battery level of the device and recharge it if needed.
2. Restart the tracker by pressing and holding the power button until the light flashes.

• For non-D5 model: Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds until the blue light turns on and you hear a beep. The tracker will restart automatically.
• For D5 model: Press the power button once per second, 5 times in a row. Wait a few seconds, then press the button once more to turn the tracker back on.

3. Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection.

4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on if you're pairing via Bluetooth.

To receive faster updates and real-time alerts, especially for Virtual Fence events, please enable LIVE Tracking in the app.Here's how:

1. Open the Map page.
2. Tap the Live button to activate real-time mode.
3. In non-Live mode, updates occur about every 3 minutes.

If your pet's location isn't appearing on the map, try the following steps:

1. Restart the tracker.
2. Wait a few moments and check if the device status shows as Online in the app.
3. Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection and the app is updated to the latest version.

If the tracker gets lost, you can use the last known location shown in the app to help you find it. If the device is still powered on and within network range, the app will automatically update its location as soon as a new signal is received.

Tip: Try activating LIVE Tracking to receive faster updates while searching.

If your app only shows activity lines (your dog's movement history) but not the actual map view (standard or satellite), this may be caused by:

• Poor network conditions: Try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
• Restricted regions: Our map relies on Google Maps. In certain regions, Google services may be blocked, causing the map not to load.

What you can do:

• Test if you can access Google services on your phone.
• If Google services are not available in your region, consider using the tracker in another location or contact us to explore possible alternatives.

Fast charging is not supported. Using a fast charger may cause charging issues or damage the battery. Please use a 5V-1A charger.

The DBDD tracker emits a relatively soft beep by design, due to the following reasons:

• Battery efficiency: Lower volume helps conserve power, allowing the tracker to last longer between charges.
• Waterproof design: The sealed structure for water resistance slightly reduces the sound output.
• Sound adjustment function: The current version does not support manual volume control.

No. AirTag is a Bluetooth item tracker that relies on nearby Apple devices, while a GPS dog tracker uses satellites to locate your dog and cellular networks to send the position to your phone.

AirTag updates depend on when another Apple device detects it, so there is no fixed live-update schedule. The DBDD real time GPS tracker for dogs updates about every three minutes in Following mode and every few seconds in LIVE mode when network conditions allow.

A dedicated dog GPS tracker is better suited to a moving or escape-prone dog because it provides LIVE tracking, location history and Virtual Fence alerts. AirTag can be a useful backup in populated areas but is primarily designed for finding belongings.

It may provide fewer or delayed updates when no compatible Apple devices are nearby. A DBDD pet GPS tracker does not need nearby strangers’ phones, although it does require supported cellular coverage to transmit the dog’s location.

AirTag does not provide the same pet-specific Safe Zone and No-Go Zone controls as a dog GPS collar fence. With DBDD, you can draw Virtual Fences in the app and receive a push notification when your dog enters or leaves a zone.

A cellular GPS tracker for dogs has no short Bluetooth-distance limit; it can report from wherever supported cellular coverage is available. AirTag’s practical range depends on nearby devices participating in Apple’s Find My network.

Yes. AirTag can serve as an additional smart tag for dogs, while a DBDD GPS tracking device provides the primary live-location and escape-alert functions; both should be mounted securely to prevent chewing or loss.

AirTag is built for Apple's Find My network, so it is not a convenient primary tracker for an Android household. The DBDD Pro app works on both iOS and Android.

A dedicated GPS tracker is more useful on road trips because it can show live movement, route history, and escape alerts. Before leaving, check cellular coverage at the destination, fully charge the current DBDD tracker, and make sure its subscription is active.

No. The 90-day Easy Returns policy covers eligible tracker hardware returned unused and in its original packaging. Subscription charges are handled separately through the original payment channel, and returning the tracker does not automatically cancel or refund the subscription.
