Yes! You can add up to 4 DBDD trackers to the same account in the app and monitor all your pets from a single dashboard.
Each pet will appear individually on the map, so you can track them in real time with ease.
You can set up Virtual Fences in the app to get alerts when your pet enters or leaves a specific area.
There are two types of fences:
- Safe Zones: areas where your pet is allowed to be (e.g. your home or backyard)
- No-Go Zones: areas you want your pet to stay away from (e.g. roads, construction zones, or places with wild animals)
To create a Virtual Fence (Safe Zone or No-Go Zone):
- Open the DBDD Pro app > Tap Profile > Tracker > Virtual Fences
- Tap Add Fence
- Set the name, type (Safe or No-Go), and shape (circle, rectangle, or custom)
- Adjust the size and location using the draggable dots
To delete a Virtual Fence:
Go to the Virtual Fences list, tap the fence you want to remove, then tap Delete.
You can create unlimited fences, and anyone you're shared the tracker with will also receive alerts.
You can check the tracker's stauts by abserving the blue LED indicator.
Here's what the light behavior means:
Blue light flashes briefly, then turns off: The tracker has successfully powered on.
Blue light stays on: The tracker is fully charged.
Blue light flashes continuously: The tracker is charging.
Powering off:
The DBDD tracker does not currently support a full manual shutdown.
It enters standby mode automatically to conserve battery when not actively in use.

The DBDD GPS tracker provides real-time location updates with a typical accuracy of up to 10 meters (≈33 feet) under open sky conditions.
To ensure the most reliable results, the tracker uses a multi-source positioning system, combining:
- GPS satellites for outdoor precision
- Wi-Fi networks for improved accuracy in urban or indoor areas
- Cellular networks to maintain stable data transmission
In most environments, this allows you to know your pet's location within a few steps of accuracy.
It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the tracker. The LED light will stay on blue when the battery is fully charged.
The QR code needed to activate your tracker is printed on the back of the device.
Tip: This QR code is used during initial setup or device pairing in the app. If you're trying to add a family member, please generate a separate QR code via the DBDD Pro app under: Profile > Family > Invite Family
Yes, your DBDD GPS tracker comes with a dedicated USB charging cable included in the box.
We recommend fully charging the tracker before first use, which typically takes about 2 hours. After that, simply recharge as needed, the app will notify you when the battery is low.
There's no fixed distance limit. The DBDD GPS tracker uses cellular networks and GPS satellites to send location data, so as long as the tracker has a cell signal and enough battery, you can track your dog from virtually anywhere.
About Your Tracker
Specs, charging, compatibility
- Size: 5.98"×3.39"×0.5" (15.2×8.6×1.3 cm)

Yes. IP67-rated (1m depth for 30 mins). No exposed ports, safe for rain/swimming.
To use the DBDD GPS tracker, both the tracker and your smartphone need some form of network connection, but in different ways:
- The tracker itself requires cellular coverage, as it has a built-in SIM card that sends your pet's location to the app via mobile networks. It connects to major 2G and LTE-M (Cat M1) networks in over 175 countries, ensuring reliable global coverage.
- Your phone, where the app runs, must be connected to the internet, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data, to receive updates from the tracker.
The tracker doesn't need Wi-Fi, and your phone doesn't need a SIM card, but at least one form of internet is required on both sides for tracking to work properly.
Yes. While GPS signals are strongest outdoors, the DBDD GPS tracker also uses Wi-Fi positioning and cellular networks to help determine your pet's location indoors.
Even when your pet is inside a building, you'll still get an approximate location, such as which part of the house they're in, depending on nearby Wi-Fi networks and signal strength.
The tracker is compatible with most standard collars and harnesses for cats and dogs.
- It fits collars that are up to 1.2 inches (3 cm) wide
- The tracker uses a rubber clip to attach securely
- It's lightweight and low-profile, designed for everyday comfort
Absolutely! While the DBDD tracker is specially designed for pets like dogs and cats, it also works well for tracking horses, livestock, bicycles, luggage, or even vehicles.
Each device includes a built-in SIM card and requires its own subscription, no matter how you use it.
Pet safety is our top priority - but we're proud that many customers use the DBDD tracker in creative ways to protect what matters most.
The tracker's battery life varies depending on usage and settings but generally lasts between 5 to 7 days on a single charge. You'll receive battery alerts in the app when it's time to recharge.
The tracker sends data to your phone via Bluetooth when nearby. Please make sure:
- Your phone's Bluetooth is turned on
- The tracker is powered on and close to your phone
To manually update the data:
- Go to the Map page in the app
- Tap the Refresh Location button
- Wait for about 5 seconds, and the latest data will appear
Microchips and GPS trackers serve very different purposes:
Microchip:
- Implanted under your pet's skin by a vet (about the size of a grain of rice)
- Contains a unique ID, but no GPS function
- Used for identification only after your pet is found and scanned at a vet or shelter
GPS Tracker:
- Real-time tracking via GPS, cellular, and Wi-Fi technology
- Lets you view your pet's location anytime in the app
- Ideal for immediate recovery if your pet goes missing
Together, they serve as a great safety combo: the microchip helps with identification, and the GPS tracker helps you prevent your pet from getting lost in the first place.
About Your Account & Subscription
Plans, renewals, data & privacy
At DBDD, we only collect essential data to provide and improve our services:
- Your account info (like email and name)
- App usage data (like app settings and feature usage)
- Location data from your tracker
With your consent, we may also send your marketing emails or SMS updates.
We use this data to:
- Operate and improve the app
- Provide support and notifications
- Comply with legal requirements
Your privacy is important. You can manage your data sharing preference in the app anytime.
Our trackers continuously send and receive GPS location data from one of our 500+ partners via Global cellular coverage. To make this possible, each tracker includes a built-in SIM card that incurs cellular service charges similar to your phone. DBDD only charges a small subscription fee to cover these costs.
Some GPS trackers come with no monthly fee, but they usually have limited functionality, such as:
- No live location updates
- Short Bluetooth or radio range
- No global coverage
These devices may be fine for tracking keys or bags, but not reliable enough for finding pets who may wander far or get lost.
The DBDD subscription covers:
- Real-time GPS tracking via global mobile networks
- Unlimited range, even across countries
- Alerts, activity tracking, and 24/7 access to your pet's location
When it comes to your pet's safety, reliability matters most.
Without an active subscription, your tracker can't send GPS data, because it relies on a built-in SIM card to connect to mobile networks.
This mean that without a subscription:
- You won't see your pet's live location
- Virtual Fence alerts and activity tracking will stop
- The device remains physically functional, but its core features won't work
You can renew your plan anytime in the app, and your tracker will resume working right away.
To keep your pet safe and connected, we recommend keeping your subscription active.
Yes. Each tracker comes with its own built-in SIM card and requires a separate subscription plan.
This mean:
One tracker = One pet = One subscription
You can track multiple pets in the app, but each tracker needs its own plan
You can add multiple trackers to the same app account and view them all in real time on the map
Sharing one subscription across multiple devices or pets is not supported - this ensures accurate tracking and service for each pet.
The cancellation process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription. Please follow the steps below based on your payment method:
In-App (PayPal)
- Open the DBDD Pro app
- Go to Account > Pet VIP Subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Apple
- Open your device's Settings
- Tap Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Select DBDD Pro and tap Cancel Subscription
Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payment & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select DBDD Pro and tap Cancel
If you're unsure which subscription method you used, feel free to contact our Customer Support for assistance.

The Wellness Score is a smart health indicator designed to give you a quick, overall view of your pet's well-being. It's calculated based on two key factors:
Activity State: Tracks daily steps and calories burned to assess how active your pet is.
Sleep State: Monitors sleep duration and patterns to evaluate recovery and rest.
Our intelligent algorithm analyzes these data points to generate a personalized score for your pet.
In the future, we plan to enhance this feature with additional metrics like diet and body temperature, helping you better understand your pet's overall health at a glance.

If your DBDD tracker isn't showing updated location data, please try the following steps:
- Check battery level - Make sure the tracker is turned on and has enough power.
- Check tracker signal - Confirm that the device is online in the app (not showing "offline").
- Restart the tracker - Turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Ensure your phone is connected to the internet - A stable connection is required to receive updates.
- Switch to LIVE Tracking - This can help trigger a faster signal refresh.
If still not working, contact our customer support for further assistance.
To receive faster updates and real-time alerts, especially for Virtual Fence events, please enable LIVE Tracking in the app. Here's how:
- Open the Map page.
- Tap the Live button to activate real-time mode.
- In non-Live mode, updates occur about every 10 minutes.
If your pet's location isn't appearing on the map, try the following steps:
- Restart the tracker by long-pressing the power button for at least 20 seconds.
- Wait a few moments and check if the device status shows as Online in the app.
- Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection and the app is updated to the latest version.
If the tracker gets lost, you can use the last known location shown in the app to help you find it. If the device is still powered on and within network range, the app will automatically update its location as soon as a new signal is received.
Tip: Try activating LIVE Tracking to receive faster updates while searching.
If your app only shows activity lines (your dog's movement history) but not the actual map view (standard or satellite), this may be caused by:
- Poor network conditions: Try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Restricted regions: Our map relies on Google Maps. In certain regions, Google services may be blocked, causing the map not to load.
What you can do:
- Test if you can access Google services on your phone.
- If Google services are not available in your region, consider using the tracker in another location or contact us to explore possible alternatives.
Fast charging may overheat the battery, reducing lifespan. Please use the included charger.
The DBDD tracker emits a relatively soft beep by design, due to the following reasons:
- Battery efficiency: Lower volume helps conserve power, allowing the tracker to last longer between charges.
- Waterproof design: The sealed structure for water resistance slightly reduces the sound output.
- Sound adjustment function: The current version does not support manual volume control.
We understand that a louder beep may be helpful when trying to locate your pet. We're continuously collecting feedback to improve future versions. If the sound is too quiet for your needs, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
